We provide full bookkeeping and accounting services according to national accounting standards, such as daily transactions recording, interpretation and recording, and as well filing to the local authorities and tax offices.
Taxes
We provide tax services to companies and personal income tax, value added tax, custom duties, excise tax, and whatever direct or indirect tax. We keep contacts with the authorities in case of any tax disputes.
Payroll
Payroll might be a time-consuming job, as well challenging complying with all legal regulations and requirements. We at BOLD are able to provide full payroll services from employee declaration to payroll filing to the tax office.
Business Registry
We can help you setting up a new business, altering the shareholding structure, making acquisition or whatever changes you are looking to your business structure.
Licensing
